We'll do our best to process cancellation requests promptly, however due to high volume, please understand it is possible that a cancellation request may not be processed before the order ships. Big Little Sale orders will ship in the order in which they were placed. Please allow 7 total days from the order date for your order to ship. Products that are preorder will be shipped within the preorder window indicated.

Orders will be fulfilled as inventory is available. If an order contains products that are in stock as well as products that are preorder, that order will be split-shipped.

Yes, for domestic (US) orders over $175, with certain exclusions. To qualify for free shipping, your subtotal (total amount after discounts and not including excluded products*) must be over $175. Excluded products that do not qualify for free shipping are: block playsets, balance beams, home mats, caddies, padded mats, poufs, floor cushions, bins, shape pillows, tumbling mats, loungers, pinboards, cubes, pedestals, quilted mats, or arc playsets. All excluded products have this noted on their individual product listings for easy reference.
