WHEN DOES GATHRE'S BIG LITTLE SALE START AND END?

The Big Little Sale starts 4/23 at 10 am MT, ends 4/30 11:59 pm MT for the public. *The sale will start earlier (4/22 at 10 am MST) for newsletter, SMS, and Gathred Facebook group members.

WILL THERE BE EARLY ACCESS?

Yes! Join our newsletter, SMS, and Gathred Facebook group for early access starting 4/22 10am MST.

WHAT IS THE DISCOUNT, AND WHAT CODE DO I USE TO CHECK OUT?

A: 24% off sitewide, *Bundles and Gift Cards are NOT eligible for any Big Little Sale promos! Code will be automatically applied at checkout.

Are there any special discounts/promos during the week besides the percentage off?

Yes. We will have two special promos during the sale on select collections.

4/30 slashed prices on all SALE items

ARE ANY PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE BIG LITTLE SALE PROMOTION?

No exclusions - 24% off applies to all products! Please note however that, as always, promotions cannot be applied to gift cards or stacked on top of bundles.

CAN I COMBINE BIG LITTLE SALE DISCOUNT CODES WITH OTHER PROMOTION CODES?

Discount codes cannot be stacked - only one code per order! This includes discount codes redeemed through our Loyalty program. Please note that the Big Little discount code is automatically applied at checkout so you'll be unable to enter any other code.

WILL YOU BE DOING PRICE MATCHING?

Price matching will not be allowed during the Big Little Sale, and we do not offer price matching or price adjustments to orders placed before or after the sale.

WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING?

All inventory will be live by 4/22. Products will not be restocking, but select products may be re-listed for preorder upon selling out.

Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE BIG LITTLE SALE?

All Big Little Sales are final sale and cannot be returned. Orders may be canceled until they ship. Please contact Customer Service at [email protected] with subject line "ORDER CANCELLATION" and include your order #. We'll do our best to process cancellation requests promptly, however due to high volume, please understand it is possible that a cancellation request may not be processed before the order ships. We'll not be able to make changes once an item has shipped.

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We cannot edit your order once it has been placed.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY BIG LITTLE SALE ORDER TO SHIP?

Big Little Sale orders will ship in the order in which they were placed. Please allow 7 total days from the order date for your order to ship. Products that are preorder will be shipped within the preorder window indicated.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER AN IN STOCK PRODUCT AS WELL AS A PRE-ORDER PRODUCT?

Orders will be fulfilled as inventory is available. If an order contains products that are in stock as well as products that are preorder, that order will be split-shipped.

CAN I SHIP ONE ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.

CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ORDERS?

We cannot combine shipping on multiple orders.

CAN I SELECT LOCAL PICKUP AS THE SHIPPING OPTION DURING THE BIG LITTLE SALE?

Yes, Local Pickup will be available for Big Little Sale orders.

IS FREE SHIPPING AVAILABLE DURING THE BIG LITTLE SALE?

Yes, for domestic (US) orders over $175, with certain exclusions. To qualify for free shipping, your subtotal (total amount after discounts and not including excluded products*) must be over $175. Excluded products that do not qualify for free shipping are: block playsets, balance beams, home mats, caddies, padded mats, poufs, floor cushions, bins, shape pillows, tumbling mats, loungers, pinboards, cubes, pedestals, quilted mats, or arc playsets. All excluded products have this noted on their individual product listings for easy reference.

The Extras

ARE THERE ANY PERKS FOR LOYALTY MEMBERS?

No, not during this sale. Stay tuned for other opportunities during customer appreciation week (June 2024) and Black Friday (November 2024).

WILL THERE BE A GWP'S (GIFT WITH PURCHASE)?

Yes. On 4/25 we will be doing a free gift with purchase from our Disney Collection while supplies last.
